| In keeping with tradition, the Band played two Christmas concerts on Saturday, 16th December. Both concerts were a sell-out with all 200 seats taken. The first performance was for very young children and their families. The second concert was a traditional family concert for older children and their families. The Band played many Christmas favourites and Sheila Kennedy treated us all to a solo of "Champions Theme". At both concerts there were the usual fun and games, with a lot of audience participation and our Music Director could not resist on getting in on the Act (or should I say Hat?).
