RUSHMOOR CONCERT BAND

18 June - Gala Concert, Princes Hall, Aldershot

The band's annual gala concert held on a very warm summer's evening was once again a great success. In the presence of the Mayor and Mayoress of Rushmoor,the band played a varied selection of music including themes from Harry Potter and James Bond films in addition to the overture, Merry Wives of Windsor.

Special guests were the girls' choir "Vivace Cantamus" under the direction of Valerie Hoppe. Band and Choir combined to give a rendition of the Rhythm of Life to a very enthusiastic audience.
